Het deel dat dunner is dan 1000 lijkt niet erg homogeen, maar ik heb nog niet genoeg ervaring om te zeggen of dit invloed heeft op de kwaliteit van het product.

Ik had al een "2-korrel ideal" maar die was kleiner (12cm). De ruwe kant van deze lijkt me echt "grof" op korrelniveau. Aangezien mijn messen regelmatig onderhouden worden, heb ik deze kant nog niet hoeven gebruiken.
De gepolijste kant daarentegen doet zijn werk.
Couteau Opinel très polyvalent avec lame en acier inoxydable pour un bon tranchant. Très grande résistance à la corrosion, manche en hêtre vernis et virole tournante de sécurité.
